KATE SOLIS SILVA

Kate Solis Silva
PCC, iPEC, ECO Faculty
Professional Background:
I bring decades of cross-sector leadership across nonprofit development, retail management, travel, and community engagement to coaching, and the throughline to all of it is connection. It is what drew me to this work, and it is what shapes how I show up as faculty.
Certified since 2018 (ICF PCC, iPEC), I partner with purpose-driven leaders, groups, and organizations who care deeply about impact but feel stretched, depleted, or stuck despite doing all the right things. My approach integrates mindfulness, somatics, grief and change education, and trauma-informed practices. When leaders slow down and reconnect with what is true for them, their leadership and lives become more grounded and sustainable.
Why I’m part of CCO:
Coaching changed how I see myself and how I move through the world. As faculty and a lifelong learner, I get to experience the transformative power of coaching again and again. The ripple effects, personally and professionally, are profound.
If we meet…
Ask me about soul-feeding travel, movement and dance, what made
me laugh recently, or life in the Twin Cities with my wife and two cats.
