Leadership matters. Understanding how we personally lead and what great leadership looks like has a significant impact on our lives and the lives of others. I’ve held leadership positions in Fortune 50 corporations for more than 35 years and I’ve worked with hundreds of senior leaders who represent a myriad of leadership styles in a wide variety of businesses. I’ve learned the languages of many leadership types and numerous industries that enable me, as a coach, to connect authentically with a wide variety of people. I’ve been coaching professionally for 10 years. I’m certified as a PCC through the International Coach Federation. I love helping people get to know themselves better and discover new ways of being that enable them to apply beneficial attributes in their personal and professional lives. I measure my life by the positive effect I can have on the lives of others.
