Professional Experience:

I believe individuals, teams and organizations can realize their potential and achieve their goals  by capitalizing on their strengths, experiences, interests, and passions. I’ve worked for local  government, higher education, non-profits and healthcare and grew my interest in leadership  development, organizational development, strategy and change management.  

I have a B.A. in Business and Communication Studies. I am a graduate of the St. Thomas executive coaching graduate program and hold an ACC credential from ICF. I also have education and  training in organization development, human resources and project management and hold  certifications from SHRM-PHR and PMI-PMP.  

Why I am Part of CCO:

Since my coaching program graduation I knew I had found a community of fellow human beings  who embrace coaching. I enjoy supporting the CCO program, ECO students and volunteers and my peers. I get back so much more – empathy, safe exploration, trust, partnerships and life long  learning.

Ask me about myy grandbabies and fur babies, and kicking back at the lake and watching the dragonflies take flight while I rejuvenate, ponder my life purpose and appreciate the beauty of life and nature. I also love to read, garden, and volunteer.
