I worked at Target for 22 years; Starting in IT and moving in Leadership Development. I love developing people so that they can shine and share their gifts and talents. I functioned as “Chief of Staff” for two CIOs before transitioning to Leadership Development. I’ve led teams, projects, budgets and large events, but my heart lights up when I coach individuals and leadership teams. In 2016, I ‘graduated’ from corporate coaching and expanded my reach to support non-profits, start-ups, private, pre-IPO and global organizations. I work with women owned businesses to provide coaching for leadership development programs and strategic initiatives.

Why I’m part of CCO:

I love helping emerging and experienced coaches be the best they can be. During my coach-certification, I hired a professional coach to assist me in preparing for my oral and written exam. It’s an honor to give back to the profession. Working as a mentor coach in the CCO program aligns with my values and vision. CCO is a community that supports personal and professional growth for every member, faculty as well as students and Summit participants. I look forward to meeting you in this fantastic community too!
